With nearby Gerrards Cross train station giving quick access to London Marylebone (under 20 minutes), and excellent road links to the M25, M40, M4 and M1 including Heathrow in 25 minutes Chalfont St Giles is the perfect commuter village.

Schools

Chalfont St Giles has its own primary school in the village and for secondary it is in prime catchment for Dr Challoner’s Grammar schools for boys and Dr Challoner’s High School for girls as well as Chesham Grammar.  If you are looking at Private options then St Mary’s, Gayhurst, Maltman’s Green and Thorpe House are all local to the area.

Leisure

There is an abundance of sporting and leisure facilities in the area with Bowstridge Lane’s playing fields, Chalfont Leisure Centre, several golf courses, bowls, football, cricket, tennis and squash clubs.  If you like walking and cycling then the Ridgeway and Misbourne Valley are perfect, and for sightseeing Captain Cook’s Monument and Milton’s Cottage – now a museum.
