They make a fantastic choice as commuter villages as there is a station between both villages but feel like they are nestled deep in the countryside.
Linked by the Chiltern Railway line Seer Green and Jordans station is a short walk from both village centers, you can access Marylebone in London in under 23 minutes. The M40 is less than 10 minutes away by car making the M25, M4 and Heathrow very accessible.
As well as the Seer Green CE Combines School, the village also has the Chiltern Montessori School. For secondary schools there are many options in Beaconsfield. The Chalfonts, Amersham and Gerrards Cross all within a few miles drive. Here there lots of options from single sex to co-ed across Grammar, Secondary and Independent.
There are good amenities in Seer Green including a small grocer, a newsagent/post office, butcher, hairdresser and two excellent pubs both with lovely outdoors beer gardens.
With such lovely countryside on the doorstep both villages are very popular for long walks. There is also an Anglican and Baptist church as well as the Jubilee Hall which hosts a wide variety of clubs and societies.
